Getting Started with CHANTIX

Congratulations on taking the first step on the road to quitting.

You've made a great decision to quit smoking with CHANTIX. Before you begin your treatment, you should choose a Quit Date and learn how to take CHANTIX. It's recommended that you take CHANTIX for a full 12 weeks or as prescribed by your doctor. Also, be sure to enroll in the GETQUIT™ Support Plan.

Getting support may help.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recognizes the need for behavioral support. Research has shown that medication combined with support is more effective in quitting smoking than using medication alone.

The GETQUIT Support Plan is one type of support. Created just for CHANTIX patients, GETQUIT is a support plan designed to help protect you against slipping up. It begins a week before you quit, and is no extra cost with your prescription. Look for the GETQUIT Take Advantage Card that came with your prescription. To enroll, visit www.getquit.com or call 1-877-CHANTIX (1-877-242-6849).
